Suche Chinesen zum verschlagen!

Nun ist schon beinahe meine dritte Woche in China vorbei und ich habe immer noch keine Chinesischvorlesungen, da es hier niemand auf die Reihe bekommt zu verhandeln, uns die richigen Informationen zu geben oder überhaupt was zu organisieren. Zumindest haben wir uns mal zu dritt in einen Kurs reingesetzt um zu sehen wie es so ist.
Ich frage mich, wie die Chinesen es überhaupt schaffen ein so großes Land irgendwie zu kontrollieren wenn es überall so zugeht wie hier auf der Uni. Hier ist irgendwie keiner für irgendetwas zuständig. Jeder gibt einem anderen die Schuld. Selbst mit den Management Kursen gibt es jetzt Probleme. Wir wollten statt Freitag morgens den Kurs Donnerstags abends besuchen, da wir Freitag morgens wahrscheinlich Chinesisch-Stunden haben werden, wenn es dann mal soweit ist. Wir haben vorher extra im Sekretariat nachgefragt, ob dies auch der selbe Kurs sei. Dort wurde uns gesagt, ja, das ist alles der selbe. In der Vorlesung haben wir dann von dem Professor erfahren, dass es sich um einen Teilzeit-Kurs handelt und wir eigentlich Vollzeit studieren müssten. Er war aber bereit sich etwas zu überlegen und evtl extra Stunden mit uns zu machen. Heute morgen haben wir dann eine E-mail von der Sekretätin bekommen, dass der Prof. sich scheinbar beschwert hätte und wir doch den Freitag-kurs nehmen müssen. Also sind wir wieder zu dem Prof. um zu fragen, was nun los ist. Der hat uns dann gesagt, dass er sich über die Sekretärin und die Organisation beschwert hat und nicht über uns. Sie hätte uns auch das gesamte Kursmaterial beschaffen sollen, was sie aber nicht getan hat.
Das ist nämlich noch ein weiteres Problem das wir haben. Wir wollten heute morgen die Skripte abholen, da hieß es, es gäbe keine mehr, wir müssten uns selbst Kopien machen und selbst zahlen. Alle andern bekommen das aber kostenlos. Der Prof. war so nett, mit uns mitzugehen und alles zu klären. Nun heißt es, wir könnten das Skript am Sonntag abholen. Aber das glaub ich erst, wenn ich es in Händen halte. Hier wird viel versprochen, aber eingehalten wird nichts, oder die Leute wissen plötzlich nichts mehr davon. Das ist alles ziemlich frustrierend und bei mir stauen sich so langsam die Aggressionen an. Beim nächsten Chinesen, der mir dumm kommt, garantiere ich für nichts mehr!

Now it is almost 3 weeks that I am in China and I still haven't had a Chinese lecture because they somehow can't organize anything here. At least we just attended a class just to see how it is like.
I start wondering how the Chinese manage to reign the whole country if it is everywhere the same as it is in Xiamen. No one is responsible for anything and it is always the fault of someone else if things go wrong. Even with the management coures we now have some problems. Instead of going to a Friday morning class we wanted to take a Thursday evening class, because we will eventually have Chinese classes in the morning. We checked at the office if this is the same class and we were told, yes it is. The Professor told us in class, that Thursday would be a part-time class for working people and friday would be full-time. We usually should have to take the full-time. But the Prof was willing to give our group some extra courses in order to have all the hours needed. This morning we received a e-mail from the office that the Prof complained and we should take the Friday class. So we went to see the Prof and he told us, that he complained to the secretary that she didn't manage to give us the skripts in advance and how things were managed. We also had some problems getting the skript needed. We were told there weren't any spare ones and we should make copies ourselves, though all others get there skript for free. The prof came with us to get everything settled and organized that they will print new skripts for us. So they told us, we could pick them up on sunday, but I won't believe this until I have them in my hand. Here they promise a lot and next time they don't know about anything. It is really frustrating. Next time a Chinese crosses my way, I can't guarantee anything anymore.
